We want you to be fully satisfied with your training gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, we are here to ensure your climbing progression stays on track.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original box, ensuring all mounting hardware and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
